Really, you can cancel the online lessons ANY time. We offer you quick and easy directions for how to cancel your subscription, and if you have any problems, customer service can do it for you. Just write to customer service and we try to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours! Also, you can try the online lessons or the iPod/iPhone/iPad lessons for 30 days and if you don't like them for any reason, we give you a full refund. All you have to do is use the contact us page to let us know you are unhappy with the product and we will refund your money.
