French Level II contains six lessons for a total of 16 hours. In each lesson you will learn based on the method created by the Foreign Service Institute (FSI). Level II is a direct continuation of Level I. However, French Level II introduces more concepts and new vocabulary, in addition to pronunciation drills and more advanced grammar lessons. It is not necessary to have done French Level I if you have a good foundation of French, but it is recommended because Level I sets up the foundation for future vocabulary and pronunciation drills that are used throughout future levels.
