Question - What is your return policy?
Answer - If you are not happy for any reason with any of our products, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money.

Questions - I am able to get the audio to play on my iPod, but can't see the text . How do I get the text to show up on the screen?
Answer - To view the text on the iPod Classic, iPod 5th Generation (also known as iPod video) or iPod Nano double click the middle button while the audio is playing. To view the text on the iPod Touch or iPhone single click on the middle button while the audio is playing.

Question - I purchased the MP3 lessons for my iPod. Will I receive a CD or disk in the mail?
Answer - No, we do not mail a CD or disk. Once you purchase the MP3 lessons, you receive a link to download them right away. The only way to download the MP3 lessons is via the link you receive after purchase.

Question - Which iPods are compatible with the MP3 lessons?
Answer - The MP3 lessons will display the text in the screen on the following players: iPod Classic, iPod 5th Generation (also known as iPod video), iPod Nano, iPod Touch and the iPhone.
Please note - The lessons are NOT compatible with the iPod Shuffle or any of the SanDisk players.

Question - I don't have an iPod Classic, iPod video or iPod Nano. Are there any other players that I can use the MP3 lessons on?
Answer - Only audio but not text will play in these models and brands: iPod Doc Connector, Zune and Samsung. The PDF can be used to follow along with the text if your MP3 player does not display text. See instructions for more details.

Question - I'm having problems installing the lessons on my computer or iPod. What do I do?
Answer - Please review the instructions. If after reviewing the instructions you are still having problems, please contact us.

Question - I have subscribed to the online language lessons, but I can not find my password. Where can I retrieve a lost password?
Answer - Log in to the PayPal account you used to subscribe to the online language lessons originally. Follow these steps:

  1. On the login page, click "all account activity"
  2. Select "Subscriptions" in the drop down menu.
  3. Select the date range for when you subscribed originally and press "search"
  4. Select "Details" next to Loquella
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find your username and password to log in to Loquella.com

Question - How long does my subscription to the online language lessons last?
Answer - Your subscription lasts until you cancel it. Once you subscribe, PayPal will continue to charge you on a monthly basis until you manually cancel your subscription.

Question - How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer - If you subscribed before March 6, 2012 using PayPal, login to the PayPal account you used to subscribe to the online language lessons originally. Follow these steps:

  1. On the login page, click "all account activity"
  2. Select "Subscriptions" in the drop down menu.
  3. Select the date range for when you subscribed originally and press "search"
  4. Select "Details" next to Loquella
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  6. Click on Cancel Subscription
Answer - If you subscribed after March 6, 2012, login here to manage your account information. Follow these steps:

  1. Click "View and manage my subscriptions"
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the top of the page
  3. You will again be asked to "Cancel Subscription"
  4. A screen will ask you why you are canceling. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
  5. Finally, Click "Cancel Subscription" one last time, and you are all done. You will not be billed again. If you want a refund within 30 days of subscribing, please use the Contact Us form to submit a request for a refund. Please do not ask for a refund in the "Reason for Cancellation" area.

Question - I heard that Loquella offers free online language lessons. How do I access these lessons?
Answer - The first couple language lessons we offer are available free online for each language:

  • Learn Spanish - Loquella offers 63 Spanish lessons, which are divided into four levels of difficulty on the MP3 lessons. The first three Spanish lessons can be accessed free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
  • Learn French - Loquella offers 12 French lessons, which are divided into two levels of difficulty on the MP3 lessons. The first lesson is available free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
  • Learn Chinese - Loquella offers 138 Mandarin Chinese lessons, which are divided into four levels of difficulty in the MP3 lessons. The first four lessons are available free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
