Online Subscription Questions:
Question - How do I subscribe?
Answer Subscribe here to the month-to-month package for only $19 per month
Or
Subscribe to the 6-month package (six months for the price of three) - $59 for 6 months
Refunds Policy:
Online Subscriptions - A 30-day satisfaction guarantee is available for all online subscribers. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of subscription in order to receive a full refund. Just email us using the above contact form and ask for a refund. Please be sure to let us know the email address you used to subscribe.
6-month memberships may receive a full refund within 30 days of subscription. Refunds for 6-month subscription will not be issued after initial 30-day period has ended. This policy does not apply to any products purchased or subscribed to through Apple, iTunes or on any Apple Device.

Question - Where can I retrieve a lost password?
Answer - If you subscribed using PayPal (customers who subscribed before March 6, 2012) log in to the PayPal account you used to subscribe
to the online language lessons originally. Follow these steps:
- On the login page, click "all account activity"
- Select "Subscriptions" in the drop down menu.
- Select the date range for when you subscribed originally and press "search"
- Select "Details" next to Loquella
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find your username and password to log in to Loquella.com
- On the login page, click "all account activity"

- Select the date range for when you subscribed originally and press "search"
- Select "Details" next to Loquella
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on Cancel Subscription
- Click "View and manage my subscriptions"
- Click "Cancel Subscription" at the top of the page
- You will again be asked to "Cancel Subscription"
- A screen will ask you why you are canceling. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
- Finally, Click "Cancel Subscription" one last time, and you are all done. You will not be billed again. If you want a refund within 30 days of subscribing, please use the Contact Us form to submit a request for a refund. Please do not ask for a refund in the "Reason for Cancellation" area.
Answer - If you subscribed after March 6, 2012 (not using PayPal), go to the Customer Center and click "Forgot Password". Just submit the email address you used to subscribe and your password will be sent to you.
Question - How long does my subscription to the online
language lessons last?
Answer - Your subscription lasts until you cancel it.
Question - How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer - If you subscribed before March 6, 2012 using PayPal, login to the PayPal account you used to subscribe
to the online language lessons originally. Follow these steps:

Question - I heard that Loquella offers free online language
lessons. How do I access these lessons?
Answer - The first couple language lessons we offer
are available free online for each language:
Learn Spanish - Loquella offers 63 Spanish lessons, which are divided into four levels of difficulty on the MP3 lessons. The first three Spanish lessons can be accessed free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
Learn French - Loquella offers 12 French lessons, which are divided into two levels of difficulty on the MP3 lessons. The first lesson is available free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
Learn Chinese - Loquella offers 138 Mandarin Chinese lessons, which are divided into four levels of difficulty in the MP3 lessons. The first four lessons are available free online. For access to the full online language course, please subscribe.
App Questions:
Question: Can I make the text larger inside the app?
Answer: Unfortunately this is not an option that we are able to offer at this time. We are hoping to add this feature to future versions.
Question - Can I get a refund for the app I purchased?

Question - I can not hear the audio on the iPad/iPhone app I downloaded. What can I do?
Answer - Make sure the audio is turned all the way up on your device as well as inside the app (use the scroll bar at the very bottom of the screen while inside the app). Also make sure the device is not on mute.
Question - I heard that Loquella offers free apps and
lessons. How do I access these lessons?
Answer - Loquella's apps are all free to download. Within each app we offer several free lessons which can be downloaded.
Learn Chinese App - Loquella offers
138 Mandarin Chinese lessons, which are divided into four levels of difficulty
in the Apple app. The five free Mandarin Chinese app lessons are 1, 2, 35, 78 and 111.
